If any of this sounds familiar, then this blog is not about laws. It is about your everyday work life . And have you ever wondered who actually protects workers in such situations? That’s where labour laws come into picture. They are the rules that govern the relationship between employers and employees. They decide how much you get paid, how long you work, how safe your workplace is, what happens if you fall sick, get injured, or lose your job etc.  Labour laws exist to correct a basic imbalance.
